The question you must ask yourself is this: Are you taking the right supplements in the right quantity?

Go to your cabinet, pick up your vitamins and supplements and turn them over... check out the labels. What are the ingredients? Does it read like a chemistry list? All-Natural supplements are whole foods, fruits and/or minerals. If you don't easily recognize the ingredients listed, there is a strong possiblity that you have purchased and are consuming SYNTHETIC supplements. Another potential "clue" is price. If you pick up 1000 capsules or tablets at the local wholesale chain for a few bucks, chances are you've purchased sub-par and synthetic product(s). DO YOUR RESEARCH.
